"Theodora - Wonderful message, an excellent analogy, and thoughtful insight... Prior to opening your article, I was sitting this morning thinking about the foolishness of youth; mine, my friends, my children, the youth of today and tomorrow and realized surviving is a reward, it seems just too obvious to say, yet we just don't understand how wonderful it is until the tidal wave washes away and we are on the beach again, that although the beach is forever changed... it is still the beach and we are on it. Everyone faces a tidal wave." - Anonymous

Day Break

Oh! How I love the early morning hours!  The world around me is calm and I am free to think and do without all the noise of the day.  The air is fresh and clean.  The coffee is hot, and the aroma sparks hope of a productive day.

I read somewhere that Bill Clinton's father would wake at 3am each morning, not wanting to waste a moment of the day.  His son followed in his footsteps by waking at 5am.  Why waste a moment of life sleeping when you can place your hand on the pulse of the world before it starts beating?

Life is energy.  And if you can tap into life's energy before most wake, why not?  Thoughts are clearer and come flowing in.  Problems are manageable.  Tasks are set and organized.

I like to begin each day by sending out the intention of accomplishment and gratitude.  Both bring satisfaction to my day and my life.
